Contract Manager

We are looking for a Contract Manager to manage the full contract lifecycle from tendering and negotiations through the execution and close-out. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure contract compliance, mitigate risks, and drive successful project execution.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to contractual obligations, regulations, and standards.
• Provide input during tender processes, advising on terms, conditions, and risk allocation.
• Manage contract changes, variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with project managers, legal teams, procurement, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract records, ensuring availability for audits and reporting.
• Develop and improve standardised processes for effective contract management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in offshore energy or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of contract law, industry standards (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, LOGIC), and project delivery models (EPC, EPCM, Lump Sum, Reimbursable).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and tools (e.g., SAP, ERP, SharePoint).
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; Dutch is a plus!
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams with international clients.
