We are looking for a Lead Piping Engineer to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of piping systems for offshore projects, leading a team of engineers and ensuring project compliance with industry standards.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of piping engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the design and analysis of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to develop integrated engineering solutions.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the design and construction processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries and challenges.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design criteria, specifications, and reports.
• Promote the adoption of recent technologies and methodologies within the team and project.
• Provide on-site support during construction activities, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
• Contribute to cost estimations and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Piping Engineer, managing a team of piping engineers.
• Strong understanding of piping design principles, methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and communicate complex technical information.
