We are looking for a Naval Architecture Designer to create 2D and 3D designs for FPSO projects, focusing on stability, deck equipment, and structural elements to ensure high-quality cost-effective offshore solutions.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop 2D (AutoCAD) drawings and 3D models for FPSO and FLNG projects.
- Focus on high-quality, cost-effective design solutions for floating production and storage units.
- Contribute to the naval architecture aspects of stability, loading, accommodation design, deck equipment, and lifesaving equipment.
- Support the shipyard bidding process and assist in procurement activities.
- Participate in inclining experiments and stability assessments for project design validation.
- Work collaboratively with the Hull Design department, including the Naval Architecture, Structural Hull, and Marine Systems teams.
- Provide input on the overall floater design, especially during the concept phase of new-build projects.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with project specifications and standards.
Requirements Naval Architecture Designer
- Dutch MBO level degree or equivalent certification related to Naval Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D design and familiarity with 3D modeling tools.
- Strong focus on detail and ability to produce high-quality design deliverables.
- Interest in FPSO and FLNG project design, particularly in stability and structural aspects.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
