We are looking for a Process Safety Engineer to support the implementation and improvement of process safety management (PSM) frameworks, monitor safety performance and indicators, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to enhance safety procedures, analyse trends, investigate incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to minimise operational risks in offshore environments.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of PSM frameworks and procedures.
- Conduct and collaborate process safety management audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and classify Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC) incidents, analyse safety performance indicators, and report trends.
- Assist in the investigation of LOPC incidents and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Follow up on process safety investigation actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs on PSM best practices and safety protocols.
- Apply and ensure compliance with internal and external safety standards, including IOGP, API, and Energy Insitute regulations.
Requirements Process Safety Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or Process Safety Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems and process Safety principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate safety risks.
- Effective communication skills across all organisational levels.
- A collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving and safety improvements.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
