Project Cost Controller

Do you have experience in analysing project costs, providing accurate financial forecasts, and improving cost control practices, as well as contributing to digital transformation initiatives such as ERP system integration?

We are looking for a Project Cost Controller to manage and monitor project finances by analysing costs and revenues, providing forecasts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support project teams.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams.
• Prepare monthly forecasts of expected costs and revenues for the remaining duration of projects.
• Analyse and explain the main deviations from the project budget on a monthly basis.
• Supply the Treasurer with monthly cash flow overviews of costs and revenues (actual and forecasted).
• Assist Project Managers in the preparation of Bariation Order Requests and Internal Budget Revisions.
• Control timely and accurate invoicing to clients and follow-up on overdue receivables.
• Prepare overall project financial reporting and facilitate project close-out procedures.
• Support and initiate continuous improvement of project control processes and cost-reporting.
• Play a significant role in the integration and optimisation of the new SAP-ERP system.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project cost control techniques.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control techniques.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with ERP software.
• SAP implementation experience is considered a significant plus.
