We are looking for a Quality Manager to develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement across offshore wind projects.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Oversee and drive continuous improvement initiatives across offshore wind projects.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes for projects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on best practices in quality management.
  • Identify and address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and ensure effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to integrate quality into all project phases.
  • Act as the key quality representative for client interactions, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions to enhance future project quality performance.

Requirements Quality Manager

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality management within offshore wind, renewable energy, or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Experience in leading audits, supplier evaluations, and implementing quality improvement processes.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to engage with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to quality assurance.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project audits, supplier assessments, and site visits.
