Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, review, and ensure compliance with electrical power generation and distribution systems, lead technical aspects of projects, and collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions for offshore and energy infrastructure.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Support the Electrical Lead Engineer on projects.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Designers across multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality electrical designs.
• Perform Electrical System Studies to assess and optimise power generation and distribution systems.
• Design and review electrical components to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce electrical project documents in compliance with international codes, company specifications, and industry standards.
• Identify and manage scope changes, ensuring design modifications align with project requirements.
• Ensure the installation of electrical equipment adheres to relevant standards and specifications.
• Work according to internal and project-specific work instructions to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Serve as a Package Engineer, overseeing the technical aspects of procurement, design, and manufacturing of electrical packages.
• Interface with global project locations, ensuring effective communication and alignment of electrical engineering activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar electrical engineering role.
• Experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, Basic, and Detailed Engineering project phases.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical power generation and distribution systems.
• Expertise in electrical equipment design, review, and implementation.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and regulations for electrical systems.
• Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and implement design modifications as per project scope.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to engage with global teams and project sites as required.
