We are looking for a Tender Manager to oversee the entire tender process, ensuring the preparation, submission, and negotiation of large-scale offshore wind project bids while managing risks coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining client relationships.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire tender process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
- Manage and deliver large-scale, complex tenders for offshore wind projects, focusing on risk management and opportunity assessment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their evolving requirements throughout the tender lifecycle.
- Develop and implement tender strategies to achieve successful commercial and contractual outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring commercial, contractual, and technical inputs are provided effectively.
- Lead and oversee negotiations and clarification meetings with clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure all final contract agreements accurately reflect the negotiated terms and conditions.
- Support internal reviews and approvals, ensuring tenders align with strategic business objectives.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, proactively addressing them in tender proposals.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales, legal, engineering, and project teams to ensure well-rounded bid submissions.
Requirements Tender Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial, contractual, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale tenders or projects, preferably in offshore renewables or a similar industry.
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise, with a particular focus on risk management.
- Proven negotiation skills, with experience in securing successful contract agreements.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to direct and guide personnel effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines are met within fast-paces environments.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to interact with diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate with global teams across different offices.
